Counter-Strike In-Game Advertisement Removal

These files remove all of the annoying in-game advertisement (IGA) graphics
that can be seen throughout the maps (as well as "Spectator" mode) of
Counter-Strike and Counter-Strike: Condition Zero.

Hey Valve... We have already *PAID* for your freaking' games, and do *NOT* wish
to see *HIGHLY* annoying and distracting advertisement "posters" (and other
such bullcrap) throughout the architecture of your maps! :DRIVEBY_BITCH_SLAP:

To install, simply copy the file "Hw.dll" to the "C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Counter-Strike" and the "C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Condition Zero" directories on your hard
drive, overwriting the originals.

Then, copy the file "Radial.cdb" to the "C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Counter-Strike\CStrike" and the "C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Condition Zero\CZero" directories on your
hard drive, overwriting the originals.

Note that the "<USER_NAME>" subdirectory is named the same as your main Steam
account login name.

Also note that the installed "Hw.dll" files must be set as "Read-Only" so that
they will not be overwriten and restored when running the games. Lastly, note
that the installed "Radial.cdb" files must be set as "System" and "Hidden", but
not "Read-Only".

To uninstall, simply delete the "Hw.dll" and "Radial.cdb" files from the
afore-mentioned directories (and the original files will be restored when
running the games the next time).
