Counter-Strike Server Info CommandMenu Fix

This file adds a "Server Info" menu option to Counter-Strike's and
Counter-Strike Condition Zero's in-game "VGUI" command menu. Note that this
menu option was included with "Day of Defeat", but omitted from the
Counter-Strike series.

To install, simply copy the file "CommandMenu.txt" to either the "C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Counter-Strike\CStrike" or the "C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Condition Zero\CZero" directory on your hard
drive.

Note that the "<USER_NAME>" subdirectory is named the same as your main Steam
account login name.

To uninstall, simply delete the "CommandMenu.txt" file from the afore-mentioned
directories.
