Counter-Strike Spectator Fullscreen

This file makes Counter-Strike's spectator mode screen to be displayed
completely in fullscreen mode, with no black borders at the top or bottom...
perfect for taking wallpapery-type screenshots :)

To install, simply copy the file "CS_Spectator_Fullscreen.res" to the new
filename "Spectator.res", and then copy the new file to either the "C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Counter-Strike\CStrike\Resource\UI" or
"C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Condition Zero\CZero\Resource\UI"
directories on your hard drive (create the subdirectories if they don't already
exist).

Note that the "<USER_NAME>" subdirectory is named the same as your main Steam
account login name.

To uninstall, simply delete the "Spectator.res" file from the afore-mentioned
directories.
