Spray Logo Info v1.2 for Counter-Strike 2D

This simple and short Lua script for Counter-Strike 2D will display the user
name and USGN ID of the player who sprayed the logo that your crosshair is
currently pointing at.

This is similar to a popular AMXModX plugin that a lot of the Half-Life,
Counter-Strike, and Day of Defeat servers are running. When you "look" at an
existing spray, a message is displayed in the user's HUD stating who sprayed
the logo (their in-game user name, as well as their Steam ID).

The script is simply a small utility script, that can be used together with
other larger scripts. It also has compatibility settings at the top of the
script, in case there are any conflicts with any other scripts that your server
may be running.

v1.2                  - Fixed a bug that displayed info for sprayed logos after
(January 18, 2013)      the round restarted (the game clears all sprayed logos
                        from the map when the round restarts).
