DOS DOOM Middle Mouse Button to Move Backward Remapper

This simple AutoHotkey script remaps your middle mouse button to the "E" key on
your keyboard, and allows you to use your middle mouse button for the "Move
Backward" movement control in DOS DOOM.

In DOS DOOM's configuration and setup program (SETUP.EXE/Configure
Controller/Keyboard), select the "E" key for the "Move Backward" movement
control.

Then, clear any control that is configured for the mouse middle button
(SETUP.EXE/Configure Controller/Mouse).

Note that DOOM's default control for the middle mouse button is "Fire Weapon".
