Day of Defeat Spectator Fullscreen

This file makes Day of Defeat's spectator mode screen to be displayed
completely in fullscreen mode, with no black borders at the top or bottom...
perfect for taking wallpapery-type screenshots :)

To install, simply copy the file "DoD_Spectator_Fullscreen.res" to the new
filename "Spectator.res", and then copy the new file to the "C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\<USER_NAME>\Day of Defeat\DoD\Resource\UI" directory on
your hard drive (create the subdirectories if they don't already exist).

Note that the "<USER_NAME>" subdirectory is named the same as your main Steam
account login name.

To uninstall, simply delete the "Spectator.res" file from the afore-mentioned
directory.
