DOSBox Airline Simulator 2 and Multi Monitor IPX Driver

Hehe, two copies of DOSBox v0.73 running Nomissoft's "Airline Simulator 2"
simultaneously with "ipx=true", "IPXNET STARTSERVER 213" for the master (using
"MONIPX01.DRV" for AS2), and "IPXNET CONNECT 127.0.0.1 213" for the slave
(using "SLMIPX01.DRV" for AS2) <grin> :)
