DOSBox RegFix TSR for "Dragon's Bane: Mah Jongg II" and "Second Guess"

The games are using "FindFirst", rather than getting the file attributes
directly. A bit twistier, but we can still work around it.

This TSR looks for ".REG" file extension (case doesn't matter), and sets the
hidden file attribute. The game will open and read the ".REG" file properly
with the modified TSR loaded in memory.
