BLANK-0.PCX is a custom tile template that can be imported into any paint
program to paint or import tile pictures. The same can be done with
BLANK-1.PCX and BLANK-2.PCX, except when finished, rename these PCXs to
xxxxxxxx.TL and you can edit the tile sets in the Tile Factory or go straight
into the game and play them. BLANK-1.TL and BLANK-2.TL are exactly the same as
BLANK-1.PCX and BLANK-2.PCX.
