Windows 3.1 Icons Tileset

Tileset for Big Fish Games' "Mahjong Towers Eternity", converted from one of my
old tilesets for Nels Anderson's "Dragons Bane: Mah Jongg II" (way back in
1996).

Gawd, we just can't seem to get away from WiNdoZe! Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!
