Windows 3.1 Icons Tilesets

Tilesets for Activision's "Shanghai Mah Jongg Essentials", converted from two
of my old tilesets for Nels Anderson's "Dragons Bane: Mah Jongg II" (way back
in 1996).

One set is for use when running the game in low resolution, while the other is
used for high resolution. The MS-DOS and Windows logos are the "Seasons", while
the computer icons are the "Flowers".

Gawd, we just can't seem to get away from WiNdoZe! Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!
