Terra Nova Strike Force Centauri -------------------------------- Complete Savegame Pack and Mission Selector Utility The files in this archive consist of a complete pack of savegames of all of the missions for Terra Nova SFC. Also included is a small batch file utility that will allow you to select and play your choice of any mission in the game using these savegame files. Each mission was saved directly before the drop using maximum quality sound settings and graphics detail, and at "Neighborhood Watch" difficulty level. After loading in one of the savegames, you can adjust any of these settings to your liking before starting the mission. To install the savegame pack and the mission selector utility, simply unzip MISSIONS.ZIP to your Terra Nova directory maintaining the directory structure contained inside of the archive (i.e. "PKUNZIP MISSIONS.ZIP -D", or with WinZip select the option "Use folder names"). This will unzip all of the MISS-??.RES files to a new directory called "MISSIONS" within your Terra Nova directory, and the rest of the files to your main Terra Nova directory. To start the mission selector utility, simply run MISSIONS.BAT from within your Terra Nova directory. Select the set of missions that you wish to play, or press Q to quit. After selecting a set of missions to play, the mission selector utility will back up any previous savegames that you might already have, copy and rename your selection of missions to play to your Terra Nova directory to the proper SAVE??.RES filenames, and then run Terra Nova. Select "Load Game" from within Terra Nova to play any mission in that set. After exiting Terra Nova, the mission selector utility will restore your previous savegames. Note that you may want to manually back up your exisitng savegame (SAVE??.RES) files before running this utility for the first time. I have extensively tested it with no ill effects, but it's better to be safe than sorry when messing with your existing hard earned mission campaigns and kill ratios.
