Modified Death Cutscene for Nikola

The file "NIKDIE.SMK" in this archive is a modified death cutscene for Nikola
in Terra Nova SFC.

Seeing as that I seem to die quite a bit while playing this game, I thought
that the stock death cutscene was a bit too abrupt <G>. This modified one
lengthens it just a little bit, and adds a nice fadeout with a few more sound
effects mixed in.

To install the modified cutscene, simply unzip "NIKDIE.SMK" to your
"TNOVA\MOVIE" subdirectory.
