GW Press Official Unreal Strategy Guide Addon Map Fix

This additional official deathmatch map (created by the Unreal team) was
included with an exclusive bonus download map pack for customers who purchased
the "Official Unreal Strategy Guide" by "GW Press".

The map has been edited and updated by Unreal community member Leo "T.C.K." to
work with all versions of Unreal, as the original version of the map worked
properly only on unpatched original versions of the game (the map would crash
any newer version of Unreal).
