GeneRally NASCAR Wreck

GeneRally Racing at it's Best!

The file contained in this archive is a short self-playing Bink format movie of
a spectacular wreck in GeneRally using Strava's excellent NASCAR cars. The
movie includes full CD quality music and sound effects, as well as a real
NASCAR announcer calling out the action!


Viewing the Movie
-----------------
To view the movie, simply unzip GR_WRECK.ZIP to any directory on your hard
drive and then run GR_Wreck.exe. The movie will run on any PC under Windows 9.x
or higher.

Sit back and watch the awesome rollover physics of GeneRally, listen to the
metal crunching sounds of fender to fender racing, and hear the announcer
describing all of the action... NASCAR style!


Programs and Utilities
----------------------
The original RAW and WAV format sound effects were extracted from Sound Ideas'
"Speed Sound Effects" demo, CART Precision Racing, IndyCar Racing 2, NASCAR
Racing 2, NASCAR Racing 3, NASCAR Legends, and the NASCAR Racing 2002 demo
using L3DEC v2.74, PodView v1.0, UNPACK v1.0, and Rad Game Tools v4.0i, with
extensive digital editing and mixing using GoldWave v4.26 and Cool Edit
Professional v1.20.

The Bink format animation was created using GeneRally v1.03.1 and the included
track editor, with extensive image and video editing using Paint Shop Pro
v6.02, Jasc Animation Shop v2.02, DDClip Pro v3.03, and Rad Game Tools v4.0i.
