The Town of Weedsville

Weedsville was established in the year 2000 using SimCity 3000 Unlimited's "Hard" difficulty level with no cheats (short of a building "Plop" here and there), and with "Disasters" enabled. The city is a miniature coastal town with low crime, low traffic, low pollution, low unemployment, low taxes, high land values, and very happy citizens. Everyone loves the honorable Mayor Richard F. Nagel! |

The town of Weedsville consists of a balanced mix of city zones (seperated by a river), including a low-density industrial "agricultural" zone. |

The Weedsville Farm began it's life in the year 2000, and thrives even still today in the year 2118... without a single alien visitation! |

The Weedsville Lumber Mill supplies lumber for all new construction projects in the town. Due to the lack of trees from recent city expansion in this tiny town, most of the raw timber processed at the mill is shipped from neighboring cities. |

The city planners of Weedsville thought well in advance when designing the city, and used the river that runs through the town to their advantage. Polluting industry and city utilities are located on one side of the city, while recreational and residential zones are located on the other. This provides a balanced mix and seperation of the city's zones that keeps everyone happy. |

Weedsville's clean-industry zones contain numerous high-tech businesses with very low pollution. |
